Information clause — call recording

Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and (2) GDPR, we inform you about the rules for recording phone conversations conducted with Cuprum-Med Sp. z o.o.

  1. Data controller: Cuprum-Med Sp. z o.o., ul. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 70, 59-300 Lubin, Poland. Contact: +48 76 842 09 81, kontakt@cuprummed.pl.
  2. Purposes and legal basis: voluntary consent of the data subject, expressed by continuing the call (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the legitimate interest of the controller in improving service quality, verifying arrangements and protecting against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Retention period: recordings are kept for 30 days and are then automatically deleted. In the event of an incident, a recording may be preserved until the matter is resolved.
  4. Recipients of the data: entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. courts, law-enforcement authorities) and IT/telecommunications providers acting under data-processing agreements.
  5. Rights of the data subject: the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
  6. Right to lodge a complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
