History
Cuprum-Med Sp. z o.o. was established by a notarial deed dated 14 April 2014 (Repertory A no. 2274/2014), and subsequently entered into the Polish National Court Register on 13 May 2014 under number 0000508852.
From the very beginning, the company has been built on stable foundations created by a team of experienced specialists.
Founders
The shareholders consist of nine partners — people from various professional backgrounds, united by a common mission and work ethos. The founding team includes:
- doctors
- nurses
- rehabilitation specialists
- medical analysts
- pharmacists
- lawyers
— from both Poland and the United States. Most of the founders were previously associated with NZOZ OMP sp. z o.o. in Lubin — a company co-founded since 2002.
